As a customer service executive at Inaivaa, you’ll be the face of our store— ensuring every customer has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. You’ll handle in-store and phone orders, assist with deliveries, process transactions through our POS system, and help manage incoming stock from wholesalers and suppliers.
Requirements
Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions confidently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy and organisational skills.
Positive attitude, team-orientated mindset, and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
Language skills:
Must be able to speak Tamil and/or Malayalam, plus
Basic German and English communication skills.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in-store with product queries, billing, and returns.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for billing and payments.
Take customer orders in-store and coordinate delivery scheduling.
Receive and verify stock from wholesalers and suppliers.
Maintain stock display and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
Handle customer service requests professionally and promptly.
Support promotions, sampling events, and other in-store marketing activities.
Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas.
Work closely with store and delivery teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
